Vinification: the grapes are vinified in stainless steel tanks and fermented at controlled temperature. Maceration lasts a minimum of 25 days during which we do pumping over and punching down.
Maturation: takes place in big oak barrels from 20 HL for 24 months
Aging in bottle: at least 6 months
